The Phil Collins Story - written and directed by Dean Elliott of Maple Tree Entertainment LTD (same team behind The Simon & Garfunkel Story and R.E.S.P.E.C.T. - The Aretha Franklin Story) - is playing at the Texas Trust CU Theatre in Grand Prairie on Thursday, Oct 8, 2026 at 8:00 PM (Doors open at 7:00 PM).

This documentary-concert show takes audiences on a thrilling musical journey through the career of one of the most successful rock drummers of all time, including his time with Genesis as well as his highly successful solo career and his iconic work in Disney movies. Amazing visuals and incredible projections will support the performance of a strong LIVE band playing all of Phil Collins' greatest hits including "In The Air Tonight," "Easy Lover," "Against All Odds," "Another Day In Paradise" as well as such Genesis classics as "Invisible Touch," "I Can't Dance" and many more. Songs from his work in Disney movies such as "You'll Be In My Heart" and "Two Worlds" from Tarzan will also be performed.

The Phil Collins Story will be playing at theaters in Florida as well as the Kirby Center in Wilkes Barre, PA, the Landmark Theater in San Diego, CA and the Morrison Center in San Diego, CA.

Seth Eliser

Seth Eliser is the primary performer and sings every show. He is a native of the St. Louis, MO area and is an extremely talented performer that can capture the heart and style of Phil Collins' signature songs from his time with Genesis to his huge solo catalog to his impressive forays into Disney movies including 'Tarzan' where he performed the hit 'You'll Be In My Heart' as well as 'Two Worlds'. This performer brings the same intensity and passion to classic Genesis tracks such as 'Invisible Touch' and 'I Can't Dance' as he does to solo hits like 'Against All Odds' and 'Easy Lover' as well as heartfelt ballads like 'Another Day In Paradise'.

Jeremiah Smith

Lead Vocalist Jeremiah Smith brings his own twist of emotion to the songs of Genesis and Phil Collins the solo artist. He has a charming stage presence that will bring out the best in some of Collins' classic songs. Along with the other two performers, Jeremiah Smith will give a complete overview of Phil Collins long and influential career.

Texas Trust CU theatre at Grand Prairie Information

The Texas Trust CU Theatre is located at 1001 Performance Place, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. The show will take place in the "theater of the future" as described previously. The theater holds a typical concert with a seating capacity of 6,350 very comfortable seats. The theater is accessible for all disabilities. They will have sign language interpreters present for hearing impaired guest with prior arrangements. Parking Information

There is plenty of parking available for the show. The general lot will be $30 and the VIP/Suites lot will be $50. The lots will open up 2 hours prior to show time. NO overnight parking, NO tailgating, NO grilling, NO open flames, NO alcohol consumption in the lots. There is also plenty of disabled parking available in the front of the building. There are also many street spots and parking facilities located throughout Grand Prairie.
