The three founding members of the band - Brian Setzer (guitar and vocals), Lee Rocker (stand-up bass and vocals) and Slim Jim Phantom (drums and vocals) performing a two-hour show in a very special and unique venue surrounded by the fans of classic rock and roll. After the show the guys will be off on tour across the USA visiting Las Vegas NV, Phoenix AZ, Del Mar CA, Huber Heights OH, Interlochen MI, Westbury NY, Morristown NJ, Grand Prairie TX, San Antonio TX, Nashville TN, Charlotte NC, Orlando FL, Atlanta GA and many more until the end of December 2026.
The Stray Cats are an American rockabilly three-piece band from New York, which was formed in 1979 by Brian Setzer (guitar, vocals) and his childhood friends, Lee Rocker (bass, vocals) and Slim Jim Phantom (drums, vocals). They originally set out to play 1950s' rock & roll on a punk rock basis and played many gigs in the early 1980s before re-forming with the original lineup in 1989. Since then they have toured all over the world bringing their high-energy live performances to every corner of the globe. The band's set list of classic hits such as "Rock This Town," "Stray Cat Strut," "(She's) Sexy + 17," "I Won't Stand in Your Way" and many others are delivered with raw passion and include scorching guitar solos by Setzer, explosive upright bass playing by Rocker and exuberant on-stage personality from all three.
The band have been nominated for a number of Grammy Awards, inducted into the Rockabilly Hall of Fame and have a special place in the history of rock music with many of their 80's singles reaching the top of the charts. The three original members Setzer, Rocker and Phantom have been touring the world for the last few years in their unique signature line up of upright bass, guitar and drums playing a unique blend of rock, punk and 50's' rock & roll that has been delighting fans everywhere.

The Theater at Grand Prairie hosts up to 6,350 visitors within its indoor facility. The Venue contains seating on the Orchestra/ Main floor as well as the Mezzanine/ Balcony level. In addition to regular seating, guests can enjoy a night out at the Theater in a Luxury Suite. Each suite contains a private entrance and guests can enjoy luxury catering within the suite to create a memorable and unique experience. The venue is completely handicap accessible and contains seating for visitors with disabilities. Originally named the Verizon Theater at Grand Prairie, many still refer to the facility as The Theater at Grand Prairie. In addition to rock, country, pop, hip-hop and comedy shows The Theater hosts a variety of other performances and events. There is parking available in the theater's lots about 2 hours prior to show time for a fee of $25-30 per car for standard parking. There is also VIP/Suite parking available for $50 per car to be paid by debit or credit. The parking will be on a first come, first serve basis. There is also handicapped parking close to the theater's entrance. There is NO overnight parking or tailgating allowed in the theater's lots. There is plenty of street parking and other lots in the area as well.
