The concert will be an entertaining evening of Music from a New RPG as the ReFantazio video game soundtrack by Shoji Meguro is performed by some very talented musicians and interpreted for your listening pleasure as an appealing orchestral production. The concert will take place at the Texas Trust CU Theater in Grand Prairie, Texas and will be a special and unique event for fans of the popular RPG and its music.
The Orchestra performs famous tracks from the game's soundtrack, such as the fierce 'Metafictional Warrior' the main battle theme, 'Will' a powerful and beautiful song that was used as the opening for the story, 'A Philosophy of the Human Heart' an orchestral piece that tells the story, 'Midnight Dreams', 'Journey's Dawn' and lastly 'Victory Fanfare' which was played after every in-game achievement. The Metrophor: ReFantazio Orchestra brings to life composer Shoji Meguro's music in a unique way, combining the symphonic orchestral style with a modern twist to create a fresh interpretation of the game's score. This live show will bring out so many of the musical elements that the game's soundtrack could have lacked and will definitely be a treat to those who played the game and new fans alike. The game was nominated for many awards including Best RPG of the year and Best Music.
All the seats are very close to the stage, so the view will be great from any location within the theater. There are 6,350 seats in the theater, which are distributed among three levels: orchestra, mezzanine and balcony. During the concerts the concession stands will be also open to serve such items like snacks, candy, soda, hot dogs, popcorn, etc.
