His fans call him the “King from the Underground” due to his hardworking nature. He has been working on his craft since he was 14, having even moved to the United States from his home down in San Jose de Cañas to pursue his dream. With humble origins, El Fantasma has nothing but his dreams and incredible talent. He spent the early years of his career performing in local parties, family celebrations, and reunions. Several years later, his captivating voice has earned the attention of many listeners, including accomplished Vox de Mando interpreter Jorhe Gaxiola. With his help, El Fantasma was able to enter the music industry, performing in local bars and concerts.
By 2016, he dropped his debut album, Equipo Armado, followed by En el Camino the following year. Since then, he released new albums in 2018, 2019, and 2020. In 2019, El Fantasma topped Billboard’s Regional Mexican Airplay with “Encantadora.” After his phenomenal breakthrough, his 2021 single “Soy Buen Amigo” also topped the Regional Mexican Airplay as well as peaked at number 27 on the Hot Latin Songs. Last year, El Fantasma dropped his latest album, “Entre amigos.” He also performed in Fuerza Regida’s outstanding hit, “GDL.”
