Ahhhh! Spring time in Dallas Nestled right here in the middle of the sunshine lone star state, we’re SO happy to host Florida’s primetime music event of our Spring weekends — the Dallas Blues Festie - sliding trhough town from April 24th through 26th, for a goated 25th anniversary (!!!) celebration. Three full days of world-class blues, waterfront views, and that laid-back Gulf Coast energy are coming your way — and this year might just be the biggest and best yet - well, we know it will be actually. Whether you’re a die-hard blues fan or a youngblood first-timer looking to experience the soul of the South, there’s no better place to be this spring than right here at Texas Trust for some real Texas love.
The Dallas Blues Festival is one of North Texas’s longest-running and most beloved celebrations of blues, Southern soul, and R&B. Founded in the early 2000s, the festival was created to bring together fans of classic blues storytelling and modern soul grooves in one high-energy, feel-good concert experience. Over the years, it has grown into a must-attend annual tradition, drawing thousands of music lovers from across the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area and beyond. Fans from ALLLL across the state come - making the community we bring out ecleectic, fun, and most importantly - all about that blues baby.
And this year’s lineup? Absolutely stacked. Here’s a preview of who to expect each night when you sign on for the full three days. For Saturday's primetime slots, expect to see West Love, EJ Jones, Marcellus the Singer, Fatt Daddy, and Henry Welch. Together, these artists bring a wide array of experience and coolness to the stage that will send us over the moon with slow jams to fast tempo bops we gotta dance to.
And y’all… that's just the main stage — and if you’ve been here anytime over the last thirty years, then you KNOW there’s late-night after-parties, artists and fans spontaneous meet ups under the stars at St. Pete’s coolest venues, and everything else you can think of late at night. You truly never know who might jump up and jam. And THAT folks is why you gotta be here when it all goes down.
