Reik was founded in 2005 in Mexico’s Baja California, and the band comprises of Jesus Navarro, Julio Ramirez, and Bibi Marin. The group began with the classic Latin pop genre and released five albums that were categorized as Latin Pop. They released their self-titled debut album in 2005, which was a big hit at the time. Their third album, Un Dia Mas, was released in 2008 and won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Pop Album by a Duo or Group with Vocals. However, since 2015, the group has transitioned into a more urban-influenced sound.
The band felt as if the Latin Pop genre had begun to stagnate, and hence, they began collaborations with Reggaeton artists. Some of their hit singles include “Ya Me Entere”, “Me niego” and “Amigos Con Derechos”. These singles have been featured on top Billboard charts and streamed worldwide on streaming platforms. “Amigos Con Derechos” was the group’s second single that topped the Billboard Latin Pop Songs Chart.

Reik is one of the most popular Latin Pop bands of all time, and their upcoming tour is going to be a massive one. If you want to see them live, get your tickets ASAP before they are sold out!
